Eric Lin is an associate professor in the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy at West Point. His research focuses on human capital and talent management. He teaches courses on human resource management, general management, leadership, and innovation. Before joining the faculty, he worked at McKinsey and Company, where he advised senior management of leading companies in identifying strategic opportunities and capturing operational improvements. As an Engagement Manager, Eric was responsible for leading daily project operations at the client site and leading knowledge-development initiatives within the Operations Practice.
