Dan Egleston

Dan has been involved in the Hudson Montessori School community since his two sons entered Children's House, serving on the Board of trustees since 2013. His two sons, Tommy (class of 2020) and Michael (class of 2021) have loved their time at HMS. Dan’s association with Montessori and private, independent schools goes back to his early childhood. He attended Solon/Bainbridge Montessori School starting at the age of 2, before moving to Ruffing Montessori School (Cleveland Heights) for elementary and middle school. For high school, Dan attended Hawken School in Gates Mills and, upon graduation, went on to matriculate from Washington University (St. Louis, MO). Professionally, Dan works as an IT executive at a local consulting firm.

Dan currently serves as the President of the Board of Trustees, while also serving or having served on the Finance, Technology, and Head Support & Evaluation Committees.

“From my earliest memories, Montessori has played a significant role in my life and has developed in me a deep appreciation for the unparalleled foundation for lifelong learning and compassionate citizenship that it provides. I am honored to serve on the Board of Trustees to ensure that Hudson Montessori School continues to bring the ideals of Montessori to the community for years to come.”
