Amy joined the Hudson Montessori School Board of Trustees in 2017. She and her husband Rick are parents to Catherine, Matthew and Elizabeth, all of whom are currently enrolled in Children’s House.
Amy first moved to Hudson in 2013 in conjunction with a new role as The J.M. Smucker Co’s Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development. At Smucker, Amy has responsibility for the Company’s overall corporate strategy, as well as mergers and acquisitions. During her tenure at Smucker, she and her family temporarily relocated to San Francisco in 2015-2016 to support the integration of a major acquisition. Prior to Smucker, Amy worked for 13 years as a management consultant. She has an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
