Our Campus
The Hudson Montessori School campus is nestled on 12 wooded acres in the historic Western Reserve region, south of the city of Cleveland and north of the city of Akron. Our campus includes a 30,000-square-foot main building, home to our Young Children’s Community, Children’s House, Lower Elementary and Upper Elementary programs. It also houses our library, dedicated spaces for music and art, a gymnasium and a working kitchen.
The Middle School consists of two buildings on the north side of campus: North House, where students’ studies focus on the humanities and language arts; and Garden Lane, dedicated to mathematics, science and the Middle School’s microeconomy business.
Our outdoor environment offers an extension of the classroom learning environment, allowing students to grow through experimentation and reflection. Special areas include a rain garden, large fenced-in pond, raised planting beds, weather station, shade garden, sunflower-shaped maze, literature garden, beehives, sugar shack and woodland study paths.
