Montessori Education Coordinator
In support of the mission of the school, the Montessori Education Coordinator is responsible for the evaluation and implementation of the Montessori pedagogy at the Elementary and Primary levels. Reporting directly to the Head of School, the Coordinator will develop and support the school's comprehensive educational vision, help shape and direct educational policy, and support the professional development of the HMS faculty and staff. S/he works closely with the faculty and staff, students, parents, and is the chief pedagogical advisor to the Head of School. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape and support the continued growth and development of an established, highly dedicated Montessori faculty. Director of Development
This position is responsible for the implementation and execution of all key fundraising activities within the school community, including Annual Fund, capital campaigns, and major gift programs. In conjunction with the Board of Trustees and Head of School, s/he plays a key role in the strategic advancement and planned growth of the development program, including the formulation of a dynamic and compelling communication plan to reach all key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a “can-do” attitude and actively seeks to cultivate strong relationships and partnerships with the donor community including alumni, parents, faculty and the broader philanthropic community. S/he has the ability and desire to work collaboratively in a strong team environment and to develop peer relationships.
