In 2014, the Board approved a new Strategic Plan. Each year prior to the start of school, the Board and Head hold a retreat to review the Strategic Plan, modify the plan as necessary, and create a one year Operating Plan for both the Board and the Head.
While the focus is long term, the Hudson Montessori Board meets monthly (except in July) to hold the members and the Head accountable for those items that must be completed pursuant to their yearly Operating Plans.
