Giving Opportunities

There are many ways in which individuals can invest in the future of Hudson Montessori School, each of which provides certain advantages to the donor and all of which enrich the learning environment for our students.  The following describes those options.  Please remember that all donations are 100% tax-deductible and can be paid in the form of cash, credit card or stock transfer. 

• Annual Fund – Tuition covers less than 88% of the cost of educating our students. Contributions to the Annual Fund help to ensure a balanced budget by providing needed dollars to bridge the gap between tuition revenue and general operating expenses. Pledges are paid between July 1st and June 30th of each academic year.

• Capital Campaign - Inspired by the vision of our founders, the HMS Capital Campaign generates funds to reduce the school’s debt which was incurred to cover the renovation and expansion costs of the original building.  Pledges can be paid over a three-year period.

• Endowment – Scholarship and Maintenance Endowment funds have been created to help generate income to augment the general operating budget. Endowment funds are an important investment for the school’s future.  Pledges can be paid over a three-year period.

• Honorary or Memorial Gifts – All donations to HMS can be made in honor or in memory of a special person or occasion.

• Matching Gifts - Your gift can make twice the impact! Please check to see if your company participates in a matching gift program and enclose your gift form with your donation.

• Sponsorship Program - Various benefits are available to a sponsoring business, based on the level of giving. Sponsorships range from $500 to $5,000 and are for a 12-month period of time.
