Congratulations to Mikayla Sharp'10! She is part of the first group of Gilmour's Leadership Academy program. Eighteen students in grades 8-11 spent eight weeks learning to access their leadership capacity. They engaged in hands-on interactive sessions as part of a "journey of self-discovery" to develop their personal leadership skills. Leadership Academy is part of Gilmou's Initiative for Inspired Leadership.
