Therese Smith Children's House Directress Years of Experience: 19 Years At HMS: 2 Therese Smith brings over 19 years of experience as a Children's House Directress and is A.M.I. trained. Originally from Ireland, she began her teaching career in Pennsylvania in 1993, and remained there until she relocated to Milwaukee where she taught from 1998 through 2010. "I am very excited to be part of HMS.I have always loved working with young children and I place great importance on ensuring that each child is comfortable in the classroom.
