Pat is a graduate of Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio with a B.A. in Education. As a certified teacher, she has continued to receive training over the years in a variety of educational issues including learning disabilities, reading instruction, Wilson Training, brain research, school gardening, to name just a few. She participated in the “All School’s Attuned, All Kinds of Minds” training. Prior to coming to HMS sixteen years ago, she had worked with the Stark County Family Court, had been a teacher, a 4-H Leader, an academic instructor teaching math remediation. Some of her many contributions to Hudson Montessori School have included working as a Classroom Assistant and substitute teacher, tutoring, and as a chaperone on class trips. Pat will will continue her roles as the Director of the Extended-Care program, After-School Clubs coordinator and Part-time Middle School Micro-Economy land manager.
