Michelle Gaiser Lower Elementary Directress Years of Experience: 16 Years At HMS: 5 Michelle received her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education at Cleveland State University, and a M.Ed. at Loyola College of Maryland. She has both the Primary and Elementary A.M.I. Montessori training. Her Primary certification is from the Ohio Montessori Training Institute and her AMI Elementary certification is from the Montessori Institute of San Diego.
